Tradition and handicraft: from August 28th to October 26th the Salzburg county hosts more than 2000 events in the Lake district in 78 villages.
Under “Tradition of Salzburg” the organizers offer a lot of extras. Watch a parade of cattle returning from high pastures or participate in one of the many harvest festivals, hike from hill to hill or cycle around the Schafberg mountain.
